Love this story and the name Tylenol. I have a little cat, a Tuxedo, that wandered into my back yard in the fall of 2024 and immediately elevated my life. I call her Kit Kat but her official "veterinarian" name is Karl, the Kool-Smoking, Chain-smoking Kat. Long story behind that. She sits with me as I work and talks to me in her own very special Kit Kat language. To me, she is human.

Be still my heart. Love kitty stories. During the 54 years of married life, our house has been a mixed use kennel. The number of cats out weighed the parade of rescued dogs. All loved, all cared for. And missed everyday.
Thanks, Beth. Though my wife and I had many many cats over the years. I am a dog kind of guy, but when she passed away, she left me her dog, which was a little mut dachshund mix. And her cat he was one of those beautiful blue grays and that is the best cat I have ever seen. He never scratched anything in the house. He only wanted to lay in his favorite spot or on your lap. He never sprayed anything he was just a perfect cat. He too, made it to 16 I’m thinking in the neighborhood of 12 years after Linda passed. And he’s buried in the yard at my son‘s house where I was at the time next to huge shade tree..
A wonderful story, a cool cat. Our most special cat was also a tuxedo, who we named Felix. He was always calm, cool, and collected. He convinced my autistic son to not be afraid of him, which eventually ended the fear my son had of all animals. Felix literally changed my son's life and our family dynamics. He died young, of Feline Leukemia. A rescue cat, but probably 8 years old. Still missed.
