They reach their peak in June, but since I will be in Key West in June, I’m grateful for the preview in late May and try to drink in as much of their blue magic as possible. There are four of them, planted in a row at the entrance to the upper garden.
If my plant sitters will keep these guys happy with water while I am away, there will still be a show to enjoy when I return home later this summer. But even if not, this year’s opening act has been worth the wait.
